Hemp Powder

Stumbled upon a free sample of hemp protein powder and decided to cook with and look into the nutrition.

The powder itself tasted like shredded wheat with some nuttiness to it.
Anything you add the powder to turns a rich green. Which can either look really good or gross I'd imagine.

Hemp oatmeal anyone?
